General Terms  and Conditions of Rentals 

1. All rentals are subject to the conditions of rental (read at the rental), as they are set out on the rental agreement
2. Full additional insurance & C.D.W is  €7,00  (CYP £4.10) per day  (car damage walver – no excess applicable)
3. No liability accepted to the area occupied by the Turks
4. Additional Driver €3,50 (CYP£2,05) per day.
5. Driver requirements: -For Driver under the age of 25 who have a full driving license under 3 years at time of rental we must be advised at time of booking in order to arrange insurance coverage.
6. Available Passport and Driving License
7. The petrol is not refundable
8. V.A.T is included in the rates
9. Rates are in Euro and Cyprus pounds.
10. Payments are in Euro
